Niall is a lawyer, academic, and author with a passion for trekking, music and travel. He co-founded the Cannabis Summit with Eoin Long in November 2022 and currently serves as Chairman of the conference series.

As Chairman of the Summit, Niall provides measured and thoughtful leadership, ensuring the conference series is positioned as a high-level forum for industry executives and professional service providers. The Summit, which grew out of an academic research project titled "Leadership in the Regulated Cannabis Industry: A Legal-Ethnographic Case Study on Law and Regulation Driving Sustainable Market Development", continues to reflect the rigor and professionalism that shaped its foundations. With 25 years of experience in private practice and academia, Niall guides the Summit’s strategic direction. Collaborating with Eoin, the Director of Finance, he curates a programme that fosters meaningful discussion and innovation, ensuring the Summit’s content remains both insightful and forward-thinking..
